Throughout the development process and after the site is launched,
CampusMobility complements traditional communication channels
with a client support extranet. The individualized extranet may
be accessed by key client contacts with a valid username and password
from any computer with a web connection. The extranet allows clients
to view critical information, including account contacts, work
in progress, project timelines, and traffic reports. After the
site launches, the extranet remains in use. It becomes the site’s
administration area, offering the client secure access to all
areas of its site’s ongoing development and a quick line of communication
with CampusMobility support personnel.
